The Employee Choice Program allows eligible FCA US Active employees to provide an Employee Purchase (EP) control number to one chosen individual, including those outside of the defined "eligible family members".

Retirees, Surviving Spouses, Employees of Designated Subsidiary or Affiliated Companies, and all other former or non-employees are not eligible and will not have an Employee Choice number allotted.
