Here at Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we carry the latest vehicles in the Jeep lineup, and this includes options that are able to provide some electrification. Jeep 4xe options are plug-in hybrids and we’re happy to showcase them with you so you're able to learn more about the benefits of driving one that gives you added efficiency, plus continues to offer the Jeep trail-rated capabilities and performance you expect.
Starting with the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, it's a plug-in hybrid that has a turbocharged four-cylinder engine that uses an electric motor to give you hybrid driving at all times, along with a limited 26-mile all-electric driving range that can be recharged. In total, you're getting up to 470 miles of driving before needing to head to the gas station, and it is capable of 56 miles per gallon of electric equivalent. Additionally, it can handle 6,000 pounds of towing with the right configuration.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe is available in the 4xe base model as well as the Trailhawk, Overland, Summit, and Summit Reserve.
With the Jeep Wrangler 4xe, you're able to experience the same amount of fun as you'd expect on the Wrangler, with the ability to take the top down and door panels off, as well as enjoy the 4x4 capability you expect. You'll get the same 375-horsepower turbocharged engine as the Grand Cherokee 4xe with a 20-mile all-electric range and up to 49 miles per gallon of electric equivalent.
The Jeep Wrangler 4xe is available in the Willys, Sahara, Rubicon, and High Altitude trims.
Charging your Jeep Wrangler 4xe or Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe can be done at public charging stations, but also at home with a standard outlet and at-home charger to replenish the EV range. That range can also be regenerated through braking over time as you're in gas-only mode.
We're happy to discuss these options with you here in our Grand Rapids dealership serving those in Rockford, Lowell, Holland and Kalamazoo, so get in touch to find out more today.
